"Toward a background independent quantum theory of gravity."
Dr. Vishnu Jejjala and Prof. Djordje Minic were also
the Fourth place winners of the 2003 Gravity Research Foundation Essay Competition
for their paper "Deconstructing the Cosmological Constant," which they wrote with
Prof. Robert Leigh of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
