John Simonetti
The
Office of the Vice President for Research recognizes
physics professor John Simonetti for creating the
computer application, Sky Image Processor, that
allows students to study professional astronomy
images, and for providing
a digital survey of the Milky Way, thereby removing
a veil from the fireball of the Big Bang
