With the collaboration meeting coming up soon we need to start thinking about the issues that need some decisions and those that are easier to discuss in person.:

         1) run calibration or production mode with or without minitorus
         2) run calibration or production mode with or without gaseous hydrogen helium bags, and where?
         3) thickness/material of collimators and positions
         4) lintel collimator?
         5) plug adjacent octants?
         6) beamline design (to plug or not to plug)
         7) additional dummy targets?
         8) GEM size/location
         9) target issues (Al overlap, new design)
         10) what else?????

We are going to need simulations to address many of these and it is unlikely that all of them can simulated by the time of the meeting. How should we prioritize them?
