A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn University - Blacksburg. This hotel is conveniently located across the street from the campus, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the buildings on campus where the meetings and reception will be held.

The special room rate at the Holiday Inn for our meeting is $92.00 for single or double occupancy (with additional charges of 12% tax and a $1.05 nightly security fee for the in room safes.)

Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservations. Please make your reservations by Saturday, September 23. After that date the hotel will release the block of rooms, and it will likely be difficult to find lodging nearby.

To reserve, do one of the following:
* Make reservations online at Holiday Inn University - Blacksburg. When reserving online, click on the "Corporate, Group & IATA Identification" tab. In the "Group Booking Code" box type our group code LON.
* Call the Holiday Inn toll free number: 1-800-HOLIDAY (1-800-465-4329). If reserving by phone, mention the group name LONU Meeting.
* Call the Blacksburg Holiday Inn in-house reservations desk (540-552-7001). If reserving by phone, mention the group name LONU Meeting.
