Dear Collaborators:

I have defined a CVS symbolic tag "release-RH7x" to identify the
files in the CVS repository which are used for RH7.x.

If you are compiling for a RH7.x machine you will want to use the
CVS command

cvs -td :pserver:cvs@www.phys.latech.edu:/var/www/cvsroot/public co -r release-RH7x Simulation

The next tag release-2-RH9-10 will be for the RH9.X/RH10 machines.  This
tag and the related files are not in place yet.
