1. Report from Jim Birchall on his redesign studies of the Boston collimator (see Birchall report).2. Discussion of Mike Finn's MathCad calculations of Qweak rates with realistic collimator and radiative effects (see Finn Report, Finn MathCad page). Mike may not be able to call in due to office hours, but we can discuss his results.
3. Report from Juliette Mammei on initial studies of a far downstream primary collimator (see Mammei report).
4. Discussion of getting all the relevant geometrical dimensions of the experiment into a common, accessible database (Greg Smith)
