Mark,

I will not be here tomorrow so I cannot participate in the conference. I 
did not work on the V-shaped Cerenkov because I think we will not need 
one. I have abandoned the possibility that the first or primary 
collimator is the one defining the kinematics. I think it is impossible, 
so I am working on the second collimator now. In my preliminary design 
the rate is around 1GHz and everything fits in less then 17cm wide 
detector, maybe even 16 cm.
