Subject: Re: Qweak working group - next meeting

Dear all,

I was supposed to report on inelastic/elastic separation for downstream
collimator but I have a meeting at the same time with our
vice-president which I cannot avoid. Fortunately Juliette did the same
thing (much more then I did) and put it in a fantastic clear
presentation that there is nothing I could add to. The results she
obtained agree with the ones I have so I would not repeat them here.

The only thing I would add is the way I decide on the size of the
detector because sometimes it is confusing when we discuss the width of
the detector. The distribution I use is Theta_out vs. Vertical position
(shown in the attached figure). I require total acceptance of that
kinematical shape. On the other two figures you can see the shape of the
detector and the distribution of the inelastics. Juliette used exactly
this detector size: 302-318 cm and length of 210 cm.

Once more I'll thank Juliette on here fantastic work.
