We have made arrangements for both speakers and reimbursed participants at
nearby hotels, namely the
VT Inn,
which is just across the street from the physics department,
and the Holiday Inn,
which is just a block further away.
Reimbursed participants:
Once you have bought plane tickets, let us know your travel plans,
and we will make hotel reservations for you.
We ask that you let us know your itineraries by no later than
April 6, as our room reservations at nearby hotels must be made by
then.
Non-reimbursed participants:
The VT Inn
and the
Holiday Inn are the closest two hotels to the physics department.
Unfortunately, we can only offer a group rate to reimbursed participants.
Another hotel within walking distance from the physics department is
the Hawthorne Suites.
If these hotels do not have room, contact us for assistance.
