Proceedings

Speakers: If you have not already sent us your contribution to the proceedings volume, please do so before the end of the fall semester. We are tentatively planning to publish with International Press. To obtain the style files for their conference proceedings format, go here and scroll about 2/3 of the way down, to ``AMS/IP Studies in Advanced Mathematics (Proceedings).'' Then click ``latex'' and you'll see a few files to download. The only modification necessary is that, where the /documentclass tag is used, specify the argument [11pt].
