Regional Airport (ROA) in Roanoke, Virginia.
For those people arriving on Sunday May 13,
it is our intention to shuttle you to the campus.
If you have not sent us your precise arrival flight number and time,
please do so. Your driver will contact you to confirm the arrangements.
People arriving after Sunday will have to make their own way to campus,
using, for example, any of the services listed on this page.
Also, everyone will be on their own to return to the airport for
departures.
The Roanoke airport is about 40 minutes away from the VT campus by car, and about an hour away by bus.
The Smartway Bus service offers inexpensive
rides between Blacksburg and the Roanoke airport,
as well as free rides to the VT Inn
if you make arrangements with the Inn in advance.

The Roanoke Regional Airport is stop 3, and the VT Inn is between stops 7 and 8 on the map.
