Physics Force Add Request

AUTO RESPONSE FOR STUDENTS REQUESTING TO FORCE ADD A PHYS CLASS 
Prerequisite means a course or other requirement that a student must complete prior to enrolling in a class.  Being registered at another university is not proof of a prerequisite.  A final grade from another university is proof of a prerequisite.
The force add request form will be available on April 19th - May 24th and August 5th - August 30th.

If a class is listed as full on the timetable it really is full and force add is NOT an option. Force add is not an option for a restricted class. We don’t have a waitlist so you should watch the timetable for openings. 
Please remember that VT has 30,000+ students. Just because a section is open when you complete the force add request  doesn't mean that it is open when  we process the request. 
We process all request in the order in which we receive them.
I would recommend that you send at least 3 open CRN’s.
If I am adding you to a class. Once I add you to a requested section, if you drop it you will need to wait until your transcript has posted to Hokie Spa to add the class that you need.
