Introductory Physics Lab Set-up Instructions

Key Request Procedures

Effective April 6, 2026, the following procedures will be in effect:

Fill out Key Checkout Agreement (make sure it is signed and dated by all authorized personnel)

Notify Katrina Lockhart-Elfeky (katrll1@vt.edu) by email of your request and attach the agreement.

List in the email the person who needs the key, and which building and room number.

Pickup keys on the following days and times:
Monday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Thursday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
If you can't pickup the keys during this time, please make and appointment.
