Key Request Procedures
Effective April 6, 2026, the following procedures will be in effect:
Fill out the Key Checkout Agreement for employees and students (make sure it is signed and dated by all authorized personnel)
Notify Katrina Lockhart-Elfeky (katrll1@vt.edu) by email of your request and attach the agreement.
List in the email the person who needs the key, and which building and room number.
Visitor's key request email Katrina Lockhart-Elfeky (katrll1@vt.edu), the room you want to reserve with start/end date and times.
There are two visitor rooms in Robeson Hall: 111 and 315A.
Pick up keys on the following days and times:
Monday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Thursday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
If you can't pick up the keys during this time, please make an appointment.
