Professor Patrick Huber, Roger Moore and Mojdeh Khatam-Moore Faculty Fellow and Director of the Center for Neutrino Physics, has been appointed as a member of the Particle Physics Project Prioritization Panel (P5).  The P5 is a temporary subcommittee of the High Energy Physics Advisory Panel (HEPAP), which advises the Department of Energy’s Office of Science and the National Science Foundation.  The panel is tasked with recommending plans for U.S. investment in particle physics over the next ten years, on the basis of various funding scenarios.  This is the next step after the two year long “Snowmass” Particle Physics Community Planning Exercise, where Professor Huber was a convenor of the Neutrino Physics Frontier.
