Professor Tatsu Takeuchi receives the 2026 Homer L. Dodge Citation for Distinguished Service to the American Association of Physics Teachers

On October 24, 2025, the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) anounced that Professor Tatsu Takeuchi will recieve the Homer L. Dodge Citation for Distinguished Service. He is recognized for “exemplary work in greatly expanding the reach of the Chesapeake Section of AAPT by running extraordinarily successful section meetings and by modernizing the bylaws and administrative status of the section.
